The U. S. Supreme Court has denied petition of Public Spirited Citizens,  which we have awaited knowing a favorable ruling would be nothing short of a miracle - just to be among those 100 cases chosen for review from 10,000 filed with the Court each year.

We pursued our goal optimistically knowing we must move beyond the state level with our issues,  hoping - if the 'fix was in' - we might rise above it!  This comes three years and three months from where we first begun - involves the first and third suits (of five filed) beginning August 8, 2008
